MD series hammer crushers 

Designed for grinding the brittle and low-abrasive materials, as well as various fibrous materials, industrial and domestic waste, agricultural raw materials and similar materials. 

The hammer crushers belong to the  high-speed rotor crushers that is why   they are sometimes called as the high-speed impact disintegrators.  They are characterized by high splitting of the crushed material. The MD series hammer crushers  are better to be used for crushing relatively brittle materials. When crushing some kinds of elastic materials, for example, rubber, the crushed material gets the pseudo- brittleness properties (impact brittleness)  in the process of very quick contact with the  crushing hammer, as a result,  it gets broken efficiently.  The hammer crushers are  not to be used for disintegration of viscous, clayey materials due to quick clogging of the space between the hammers.

For laboratories and collieries  REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika has developed a special crusher designed for working in periodical mode. The delivery set of such crusher includes stand, receiving hopper, receiving tank, operating console. Since 2006, 24 such crushers have been supplied to the SZhS Vostok Limited laboratories.

The crushers can be manufactured considering the individual demands of the buyers. The customized manufacture of crushers means the manufacture of hammers for crushers of specific profile, manufacture of crushers for coal laboratories, as well as considering the other production features.
