Vibrating testing  sieves 

Designed for dry sieving of loose materials by the classes of size in periodical mode.

Characteristics:

Standard laboratory devices for measurement of grain-size characteristics of loose materials.
 
REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika  manufactures and supplies the testing sieves with disc diameters of 200-300 mm.
 
The entire range of typical sizes is given in table:

Example of the name explanation: ASV-300 is vibrating testing sieve with sieve diameter of 300 mm.
The cell sizes of the installed sieves are individually determined by the Customer. Grate material - bronze, brass, stainless steel. 
  
Vibration motors with timer can be supplied for setting the operation time of the device.
 
Optional components: sieves, covers, trays, ring spacers.
 

For testing sieves production,  REC "Mekhanobr-Tekhnika"  uses the components of the reliable Russian manufacturers. These devices belong to electromechanically driven vibrating equipment and are manufactured according to TU 3132-032-11114244-2010.
