Laboratory vibratory sieve
Vibratory sieves
Designed for dry sieving the light and brittle materials by the specified classes of size in continuous mode.<>
Characteristics:
The most suitable and sought-after machines for the sieving of dry loose materials with relatively low bulk density. The sieving of this type of material is made possible by the orbital form of the trajectory of the sieve box oscilation in a horizontal plane. Use of the vibratory sieve provides for the highest possible level of extraction of undersize product and ensures the efficiency of sieve sizing. The hermetic construction of the box prevents dust from appearing during use of the vibratory sieve.
The vibratory sieve design provides free passing of fine particles through the sieve cells during material movement along the sieve. The vibratory sieve consists of the following main assembly units:
-
Box
-
Frame
- Vibrator
- Drive
Operating principle:
The rotation created by the drive motor forces the rotation of the vibratory sieve eccentric that is secured to the feed part of the box. As a result, the box makes a difficult motion that is the horizontal circular motion near the feed part that gradually becomes elliptical and, finally, straight near the feed part.
When the material reached the sieve, the intense circular motion distributes it along the entire width of the sieve. As it passes along the sieve surface, the material intensity gradually dies down, thus improving the sieving of the particles proportionate to the cell.
