Purpose:
The DPR-30/15M rotary sample splitter is designed for reducing geological mineral and ore samples after crushing, preparing them for analytical testing.
The splitter operates in conjunction with a JC 150x250 (JC 15M) jaw crusher.
Construction:
The enclosed housing of the splitter contains the drive, slow-turning rotor, and receptacles.
The JC 150x250 (JC 15M) jaw crusher mounts directly on the housing’s top frame.
Operating principle:
The rotor with the installed receptacles turns uniformly at a constant low speed. After being crushed in the jaw crusher mounted on the housing, the material enters the splitter’s hopper. Since the rotor speed is constant, the material is divided evenly: each receptacle receives 1/8 of the original sample.

Any dry loose materials: ferroalloys, ores, granite, soil, sand, coal, glass, metal powders, minerals, construction materials, etc.
