Purpose:
Designed for dry sieving the light and brittle materials by the specified classes of size in continuous mode. The vibratory sieve is an efficient screening machine of laboratory and semiindustrial typical size for dry classification of small loose materials. The vibratory sieve with rectangular box, as well as related multideck vibratory sieve (see the circular vibrating screen) is well protected against dust emission and can be used not only for research but is successfully used at small enterprises.
Characteristics:
- non-uniform field of circular vibrations;
- the vibrations are exited in the sieve cavity only;
- low running costs, low metal intensity.
Scope of Application:
classification by size of relatively light materials, for example, all kinds of construction materials and supplies, special chemical and pharmaceutical products, food raw material and products;
separation by size of brittle and valuable materials when their shredding and crushing are not desirable; classification of materials with particles of complex geometry.
