EBM-63/18 electromagnetic drum separator The EBM-63/18 electromagnetic drum separator having 3 versions is generally designed for laboratory research of wet induced magnetic separation of strongly-magnetic ores by separating into two products: magnetic (concentrate) and nonmagnetic (tailings).
Characteristics:
Depending on the magnetic susceptibility of the material, size of its particles and concentration conditions, the main controllable parameters are selected:
- magnetic field induction
- magnetic system position
- clearance between the drum and the bath
- insert section of the nonmagnetic product inlet.
- water regime of the bath set: pulp level in the bath, amount of water supplied to sprayers and their angle position.
