Separators and demagnetizers
The magnetic concentration processes based on the difference in magnetic properties of the separated components are widely used for nonferrous, ferrous and rare ore concentration, strongly magnetic weight material regeneration, iron admixtures removal from quartz sands, abrasives, ceramic raw materials, flux metals, vanadium-containing slags and other materials, as well as food products.

Features of separators:
EVS separators
They are used for loose materials of −6+0.075 mm (class -0.075 mm, max 20%).
Scope of application:
- materials purification from magnetic additives (abrasives, quartz sand, ceramics, feldspar, molding sand, etc.);
- various ore concentration to obtain the products similar to monomineralic ones in content (andradite, nepheline, pegmatite, wollastonite, vermiculite):
- electronic scrap processing;
- rough concentrate upgrading (ilmenite, wolframite, tantalic, stannane, loparite, manganese, diamond-containing, gold-containing, zircon, cyanite, rutile, niobium (pyrochlore), baddeleyite);
- laboratory research.
EVS-V series separators
Scope of application:
- non-free-flowing materials of 0.040 mm (up to70%) (artificial graphite based press powders , asbestic products, white fused alumina microgrit, baddeleyite rough concentrate);
- grain-size materials of 1+0.075 mm with small (up to 1%) content of low-magnetic admixtures (quartz sand, quartz grit, feldspar product, periclase).
EVM series separators
They are used for materials of 5+0.1 mm.
Scope of application:
- ore concentration (diamond-containing, oxidated metal ores);
- rough concentrate upgrading (ilmenite, manganese, rare metal ore concentrates).
ERM series separators
They are used for materials of 0.5+0.02 mm. .
Scope of application:
- purification from magnetic admixtures of fine glass, ceramic, abrasive raw materials, as well as а quartz sand;
- finely disseminated ore concentration (ilmenite-zircon, ilmenite, oxidized iron, manganese ores, etc.).
PBST series separators
They are used for materials of 30+0 mm.
Scope of application:
- purification of various materials from strongly magnetic additives (quartz sand, glass raw materials, white fused alumina, firebricks, tungsten-cobalt powders (for powder metallurgy), tyre and nickel-cadmium derived products);
- protection of EVS and ERS-V series separators from strongly magnetic additives;
- fine magnetite ore concentration with high-quality iron concentrate production;
- cobalt-containing slag concentration.
EBM and PBM series separators
They are used for materials of 6 + 0 mm.
Scope of application:
- protection of EVM and ERM series separators from strongly magnetic additives;
- regeneration of heavy suspensions (ferrosilicon and magnetite);
- magnetite ore concentration;
- iron removal from various materials;
- regeneration of nickel-cobalt magnet grinding waste.
Demagnetizers
Scope of application:
- deflocculation of strongly magnetic particles (magnetite, ferrosilicium, etc.) to improve classification, deshaling, filtration, as well as to ensure stability of heavy ferromagnetic suspensions.
