Designed for classification of fine ground materials in the pulp flow.
Scope of application:
- protective screening before operations performed with the use of the equipment strictly limiting the upper threshold of the feed size;
- process cycles of the metal content upgrading for non-ferrous and rare metal during enrichment;
- process charts of ore preparation and gold- and diamond-containing ore upgrading;
- flush argillaceous ore classification;
- process charts of quartz deep enrichment for high-quality glass production;
- processing of different fine non-ferrous materials.
Characteristics
Hydraulic screen with flexible synthetic sieve GSS-0,8; GSS-1,25- screening surface is made of flexible synthetic monofiber sieve cloth that provides for effective screening area and self-cleaning properties;
- spray system provides for efficient sieve spraying with maximum water consumption of 5 m3/h (GSS-0,8) and 6-8 m3/h (GSS-1,25);
- no power consuming moving parts and driven devices;
- quick change of a worn screen cloth is provided.
