Crushing equipment: inert cone, vibrating, impact, rotor, jaw, roll crushers (KID, VShch, MD, ShchDS, etc.). As compared to the other manufacturers supplying the only standard version, our crushers are sold considering the individual customer’s demand.

REC "Mekhanobr-Tekhnika" manufactures and supplies the crushing equipment:

• KID series vibrating cone crushers working both as the crushers and mills (the fragmentation is adjusted from 4 to 40) for crushing the materials of up to 300 MPa by dry method or with the water supplied to the crushing chamber. Thevibrating cone crushers provide grinding between the mobile cone and cone immovable bowl under the inertial force developed by the eccentric mass rotation.
• VJC vibrating jaw crushers with two mobile jaws that make the antiphase synchronous oscillations to crush the hard materials (reinforced concrete plates, firebricks, ferroalloys, abrasives, smelter slags).
• JC jaw crushers with one mobile jaw for crushing the brittle solid materials with compressive strength of up to 250 MPa. Grinding occurs in jaw crushers due to the material breaking between two jaws, one of which is  immovable, and the other is oscillating.
• MD series hammer crushers   for crushing the plastic and fibrous low-hard materials (electronic, cable, plastic, wood waste, and so on). In the hammer crushers, the material is crushed mainly by the impact of the hammers secured to the rotor rotating in the crusher working space confined by the housing lined with the jaw plates.
• DG roll crushers  for crushing the brittle medium-hard materials. In the roll crushers, the material is crushed by two rolls rotating towards each other.
• RN rotor shredders  for processing the rubber waste and other plastic materials.
