Consent for Personal Data Processing

Text of the consent data processing: 

Pursuant to Federal Law No, 52-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27/07/2006, you hereby give your consent for your personal data processing by REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika (JSC): collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, change), use, transfer only for the purposes of software sale in your name as described below, blocking, depersonalization, and destruction. 

REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika (JSC) warrants keep the received information confidential. The personal data are processed for the purposes of efficient execution of orders, agreements and other liabilities undertaken by REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika (JSC) as bindig. 

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to a software rightholder, distributor, or re-seller for the software registration in your name, you shall give consent for your personal data transfer. REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika (JSC) warrants that the software rightholder, distributor, or re-seller shall protect the personal data on the conditions being similar to those set forth in the Personal Data Confidentiality Policy. 

This consent covers your following personal data: surname, name and patronymic, e-mail, postal address for order delivery, contact phone, payment details. 

The validity period of the consent is unlimited. You may anytime withdraw this consent by sending written notification to the address: 
Russia, 199106, St. Petersburg, 22nd line, 3, building 5, office 5, with the mark “Withdrawal of the Personal Data Processing Consent”. 

Please note that withdrawal of the personal data processing consent entails deletion of your account from the Internet site (http://en.mtspb.com), as well as destruction of the records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika (JSC) that can make it impossible to use the Internet services of REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika (JSC). 

I hereby warrant that the information provided by me is full, precise and reliable, as well as its provision does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, legal rights and interests of the third parties. All the information provided is filled personally by me and regarding me. 

This consent shall be valid within the entire personal data retention period, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
