REC "Mekhanobr-Tekhnika" continues to strengthen international partner ties. Last week, our company dispatched the Rotary Sample Splitter AVD to a mining and processing plant in the Republic of Armenia.
The Rotary Sample Splitting Unit AVD consists of the electric vibrating feeder PE-1 and the Rotary Sample Splitter DPR-10. Together, these two pieces of equipment create an integrated system for high-precision sample preparation. Material is fed via a filling hopper; after that, it is uniformly distributed and split into eight identical parts. Process stability is ensured by a rotor with receptacles operating at a constant speed.
The machine ensures highly precise splitting of loose materials into fractions equal in mass and material composition. This is essential when preparing samples for chemical analysis and technological testing, where sample representativeness directly affects the reliability of results.
