The Prospectors' Team Krivbass LLC developed the trammel that was based on the GIT-72 unbalanced-throw screen and provided sand sluicing to 20 ths. cubic meters per day. In 2016, 12 industrial units PGSh-II-50 were in operation on the Proletarsky site. The two GIT-72 based industrial units were mounted and replaced 12 industrial units PGSh-II-50. This provided for substantial energy saving, as well as material and technical saving in production operations.

The screen GIT-72 by Mekhanobr Tekhnika is very reliable, there have been no complaints in its operation. In 2017, another 6 screens GIT-72 by Mekhanobr Tekhnika were purchased, mounted and commissioned that made it possible considerably to increase the annual gold production.

During the last years, our enterprise have purchased the vibrating feeders of PEVNM type and feeder vibration motors. The equipment operates trouble-free and corresponds to the specified characteristics.  We are thankful for timely supply and proper quality of the equipment, and hope for future successful cooperation.

We are thankful to REC Mekhanobr Tekhnika for development and supply of double-impact vibrating screen GSS 12E to Uralredmet JSC. The GSS 12E screen has been developed for classification of rare metal alloys according to the Terms of Reference of Uralredmet JSC and fully meets our production requirements.  The GSS 12E screen produces the high-efficient classification of the crushed alloy providing for the specified particle-size distribution of the finished products. The GSS 12E screen implementation into the effective technology made it possible to improve the performance, reduce the labor costs for maintenance and extend the service life of the sieves.
