Unique features of the vibration stand and its functions:
The 498-US stand pertains unique features for implementation of various kinds of oscillations of the working table. Its simple re-adjustment provides for oscillations with various space-stabilized trajectories, in particular:
- straight-line horizontal, vertical and inclined;
- circular and elliptical oscillations of various orientation;
- screw-type with various lifting angle, progressive and non-progressive;
- oscillations in the form of arc sections, progressive and non-progressive.
This makes the stand essential for research and optimization of various processes, as well as for study of various vibration impacts on the properties of complex environments, materials and structures.
The stand is controlled from special operating console and can be connected to the registering, recording and analyzing devices. Using the stand, a number of new non-linear effects have been detected and studied, particularly, the phenomenon of vibrational injection of gas into liquid has been discovered.
The stand provides the table oscillations from 5 to 100 Hz, amplitudes up to 10 mm and acceleration amplitudes up to 50 g.
The stand can be also used for training to demonstrate a number of specific vibrational effects.
The pointed out functions of the stand make it notable among all known vibration stands. They are realized due to the use of the phenomenon of self-synchronization of mechanical vibration exciters opened in Russia.
Practical experience:
The vibration stands are successfully used by a wide range of scientific and research organizations and educational institutions (IPMash RAS, LETI).
At the stands available at REC Mekhanobr-Tekhnika, the researches are conducted on the orders of companies and under own scientific programs. Particularly, the responsible research of vibrational transportation and separation of loose materials, liquids, gas and liquid mixes and suspensions was conducted. New important physical effects were identified. One of such effects, the phenomenon of vibrational injection of gas into liquid, was registered as a discovery.
