A new screen GIT 53Y delivery under the import substitution program

REC ‘Mekhanobr Tekhnika’ under the import substitution program has delivered an unbalanced throw screen GIT 53Y to a crushed granite producing company.

Screen GIT 53Y is a new project of our company. It is designed to serve as a substitute for screens TELSMITH 6х20 (1828х6096) Triple Deck Vibro-King Screen, which are used as a part of units TELSMITH, USA. The screen will be installed in the head part of the unit to produce large fractions of commercial crushed stone. The screen has a block type vibration exciter with vibration resistant bearings with improved service life and repairability. The vibration exciter allows a wide range of oscillation amplitude adjustment, which makes it possible to find an optimal screen operation mode.

Under the import substitution program REC ‘Mekhanobr Tekhnika’ offers to deliver vibration screens of own production, serving as equivalent to screens of foreign manufacturers, such as Telsmith, Specmaker, Vibro-King, Kemix, Tabor, M-I Swaco, etc. Our vast experience in screen production helps us to create machines of different construction, efficiency and screening area, which are different from other Russian analogues by being more effective and having a longer turnaround time.

We are willing to conduct a preparatory survey of the object to find individual factors which define the equipment requirements, to design a screen according to individual requirements or adapt a purchased screen directly at the site, to perform an installation supervision and start-up of the equipment and also carry out maintenance, diagnostics and repairment if needed.
