Complex is designed for processing waste of electrical and electronic equipment (printed circuit boards, office equipment, monitors, cables, etc.). Net product is a high-purity polymetallic concentrate containing silver, gold, platinum, copper and other metals. Extraction of metal into the product depends on the quality of scrap – 92-98%. The content of non-metallic fraction in the product is no more than 10%.
There are two options for feed stock productivity: maximum (400 kg/h) and minimum (50 kg/h).
The processed material, after passing the crushing and screening stages, enters an electrostatic separator, where it is divided into metallic and non-metallic fractions.
The power consumption, number of operating staff, occupied area, etc. will depend on the composition of the installation, which is determined after approving the technical specification.
Features:
Two-stage closed circuit crushing in high-speed hammer crushers allows to uncover the metals contained in waste effectively, as well as completely destroy the strong laminated structure of printed circuit boards.
Corona electrostatic separation allows efficient extraction of metals from fine e-waste.
Effective separation of fine raw materials allows to extract 98% of precious metals with a relatively simple technological scheme, including for the layered structure of the board with copper tracks and remnants of deposited elements.

Silver: electronic, electrical, photo and cinema industry, production of jewelry, dentistry and medicine, mirror production.
Platinum: automobile, chemical, jewelry, oil industry, medicine and dentistry, electrical engineering, glass production.
Palladium: car building, oil chemistry, electronic and electrical industry, production of jewelry, medicine.
Iridium: it is often used as reinforcing element in alloys with platinum and palladium, chemical industry, electrical engineering, production of tool for heart surgeries, jewelry, laser equipment, medicine.
Rhodium: automobile industry, glass production, alloys for prosthetic dentistry and jewelry, chemistry, oil chemistry.
The production complex is installed and operated at TEKON plant in St. Petersburg.
